Linear uses an ultra-high pressure jet of water, combined with garnet, to cut cleanly and precisely through virtually any material in a single pass, without shredding or crushing. Cut with a narrow kerf, the pieces can then be tightly nested during assembly. There is no material damage since cutting is done without heat, and waste is minimized. Working from CAD drawings (prepared in our shop) and working to extremely close tolerance levels, this unique cutting system works on materials once thought "unmachine-able" by conventional cutting methods.
